Overall responsibility for the ‘day to day’ running of the ARC and for all alarm traffic received – intruder/fire alarms, CCTV, vehicle alarms and lone/vulnerable person alarms.

Management of all personnel employed within the ARC (RVRC, SOC and Lone Worker Monitoring Centre). This includes all personnel deployment, staff rostering and planning for future requirements.

It is Mary’s responsibility, assisted by other members of the management team, to ensure a customer focused service is provided at all times and to regularly meet with clients and customers to ensure Key Perfomance Indicators (KPI) and Service Level Agreements (SLA) are being exceeded.

Contracts Manager responsible for liaising with clients/potential clients and the providers of telematic and lone worker products monitored by the ARC.

Working closely with the customer, Peter gives guidance with the writing of the Service Level Agreements (SLA) governing each contract.

Peter works very closely with Thatcham, TAPA, ACPO, NSI, BSIA and Government Departments advising on standards and procedures related to the industry.

He is also responsible for overseeing the Securi-Track service provided by Securi-Guard, working closely with our European ‘Partners’ located in 16 European countries.

Adrian’s role is to liaise with the ARC Manager and oversee the day to day running of the Alarm Receiving Centre. This function see’s him working closely with both the installer and the emergency services.

As well as ensuring the relevant standards are adhered to, Adrian assist’s in the creation and production of the reports required by the installer for the systems being monitored. Adrian is the installers point of contact for EPROM requests, supervising the programming and despatching of these and is available to liaise with the installer regarding any technical questions relating to system monitoring.

Paul’s position within the organisation sees him travel extensively around the country, including Northern Ireland liaising with installers and giving guidance and advice on the monitoring of both alarm and CCTV signalling
