Our Systems Operating Centre (SOC) can provide vehicle monitoring to the Thatcham CAT5 standard as well as Thatcham TQA. This allows us to request a Police response if the vehicle that has been stolen or hijacked is fitted with either of these two systems.

As a CAT5 SOC we have the ability to remotely communicate with the vehicle (to assist in its recovery) once Police approval has been given. We have exclusive `direct line` access to each of the 52 Police forces throughout the United Kingdom.

Signals from the vehicle are transmitted using GPS or GSM and in some cases private LBS networks. The signal path will depend on the system you choose to fulfill your security/tracking requirements.

These systems may alert the SOC if a vehicle;

• is moving with its immobiliser engaged
• if the alarm has activated
• if the vehicle attempts to move outside a set geo-fences or watch box.

Our Operators are used to dealing with stressful situations where assets or personnel are at risk. All information gathered during an incident is supplied to the relevant Police force.
