Overall responsibility for the ‘day to day’ running of the ARC and for all alarm traffic received – intruder/fire alarms, CCTV, vehicle alarms and lone/vulnerable person alarms.
Management of all personnel employed within the ARC (RVRC, SOC and Lone Worker Monitoring Centre). This includes all personnel deployment, staff rostering and planning for future requirements.
It is Mary’s responsibility, assisted by other members of the management team, to ensure a customer focused service is provided at all times and to regularly meet with clients and customers to ensure Key Perfomance Indicators (KPI) and Service Level Agreements (SLA) are being exceeded.

Adrian’s role is to liaise with the ARC Manager and oversee the day to day running of the Alarm Receiving Centre. This function sees him working closely with both the installer and the emergency services.
As well as ensuring the relevant standards are adhered to, Adrian assists in the creation and production of the reports required by the installer for the systems being monitored. Adrian is the installers point of contact for EPROM requests, supervising the programming and despatching of these and is available to liaise with the installer regarding any technical questions relating to system monitoring.
